LICENSED PLUMBER – SPA HOT WATER & DRAINAGE REPAIRS I’m looking for a licensed and insured plumber to inspect and fix plumbing issues at my HEADSPA clinic in Sydney CBD. Hot water works at one spa bed but not the other. The basin at the far treatment bed also drains slowly, with water collecting during use. The work required includes: • Diagnose and fix the hot water issue at the affected spa bed. • Check temperature control and install a tempering valve if required. • Check the cold water supply to the heater and install appropriate isolation valves if missing. • Assess whether a drained safe tray or other leak protection is required. • Check and rectify the support, insulation and protection of exposed copper pipes. • Fix the slow-draining basin, including the waste hose layout and fall. • Test both beds after repairs to confirm reliable hot water, safe temperatures and proper drainage. Photos are attached. Please include your licence details, earliest availability and a quote outlining labour, materials and any inspection fee. Please confirm any additional costs before proceeding. Location: Sydney CBD, Castlereagh Street. Preferred timing: As soon as possible, ideally today. Thank you!
