Replace cord on inventco sliding door self closing mechanism - cord has frayed, mechanism fine - just need cord replaced

Spa bath (indoors, with shower) hasn’t been working for a year. Assume it’s the motor but unsure. Outlet (external) has been tested and works. Need someone qualified to come out and diagnose.

Our pool is having some issues. It keeps going green despite the filter running. I have tested it several times and added the top up chemicals but can't get it to stay clean. The filter gives error 'low salt' even though salt is not low. Need to tasker to diagnose and purchase required chemicals or make required changes

My spa pump (approximately 15 years old) has started leaking slightly. I’m not sure of the brand or power rating. The leak appears to be minor but needs inspection and repair.

READ FIRST BEFORE MAKING AN OFFER: I've moved into an old house. It has a pond in the front garden which is about 60-70cm deep. I understand that the regulation is that it must be 30cm. The pond seems to be concrete. There is no filter system. I have no idea about ponds, but thought maybe a solar pump? But I'm open to ideas as I can't see any previous wire going to the pond. The house is old and wasn't lived in for a year so everything is quite rundown. The pond will need to be filled in to bring the level up to the regulated level. I didn't want to just pour rocks in as it will then make it hard to clean (there are trees which overhang it so I need to be able to clean so a flat surface is best. I didn't want to put an ugly mesh over the top of it, I want it to look ornate. Total size is approx 3m x 1.5m I know some people love their ponds and know how to work around these challenges to get the right solution, so if you're that person then please reach out. No stupid offers please or inexperience, you just waste everyones time. Thank you.
