our glass pool door should close when its not being held open however, at the moment it's not shutting properly. this is a safety hazard. the issue is with alignment perhaps. magnet strip also needs replacing

Hi there, We are not looking for regular maintenance services, so if this is what you are looking for I am sorry to disappoint you. As much as I want to support you as a small business, it is also quite pricey to pay a few hundred everytime for us. What we are looking for is someone who is experienced to look at our system as a whole and tell us what is wrong with the pump / anything we need to do in particular. Currently, the pump is blowing bubbles (it used to be very strong pump, but we can see that it is also not sucking the water very well). We suspect that there is a Air leaking somewhere, or blockage. We have tried back wash, adding water, adding salt, everything available suggested online. We also regularly test the water at the pool shop. Thank you for your time.
