We need our spa (which is new) to be checked and repaired and ready for use again. Current error message is: Thermal Error 4 (ER-4), we need valves checked external valve or union leak to be checked. All filters are new and not clogged. We have tried refilling but that hasn’t worked. We have switched off at main. Now we need an experienced person to review and fix

We have an outdoor spa that requires fixing. Everything works fine just does not heat up. Every time temperature increases by 0.5 and it stops completely. Rental owner will not fix for us since 2 years.

Need to fix a broken watetco pool Chlorinator

The grating on the bottom of my pool has broken and cleaner gets stuck on it. Have replacement parts on hand just need diver to get down there (2m) to replace it. Pool is pretty cold so decent wetsuit is essential.

My spa runs around the clock but suddenly turned stone cold. I have removed and cleaned the filters, checked for a blockage and bled the pipes as suggested which then fixes the issue enough for one day and then it goes cold again. The error code is LF.

I bought a second hand spa that worked, but when I set it up at home it gives me an error when I turn on the heating. I need someone who has plumbing or electrical skills that can come fix it up, or tell me it's garbage. What I know: The air bubbles turn on just fine. I've replaced the filters and made sure the water line is high enough when turning it on. I'm getting E08 when I try to turn on the heating (I've turned it on and off again). I will pay the same amount no matter how long it takes. Happy to negotiate in person. I would like the spa to be ready to use on August 2 (it will take about a day and a half to heat up).
