I’m looking for someone to install a bidet spray hose on my toilet. I already have the bidet hose and the T-junction connector/tap, so no parts are required unless something unexpected is needed. My kitchen sink has two issues: • The drain is partially blocked (I will try to clear this myself first). • The black rubber seal under the sink waste has deteriorated and is leaking water. I believe the rubber seal/gasket needs to be replaced. I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to replace the seal and make sure there are no leaks. I have attached photos.

Clogged toilet, unsure why it keeps getting clogged up

We have had a plumber come out and tell us we have problems with our pips but he couldn’t get to see what was wrong with the pipes as there is a massive shed and concrete slab over the top of the ground where there pipes go but it seams there is a problems somewhere as the pipe is now blocked again and the plumber we had wouldn’t do anything other the. Try and unblock the drain then said he couldn’t do anything else for me.

Have an old laundry room with two floor drains that will need to be capped in concrete floor. Need it water tight to future proof as we will be putting new floors in this room to be used as an office/spare room.
