Need shower head changed to new shower head and fix the dripping. Sink tap to new one. And bathtub tap to new one I have the taps and shower head just need it to be put on

There is a pump under the sink which pumps away the water. The smell was there when we moved into the building. The filter had been replaced but smell came back quickly. Filter should be replaced yearly, its due for replacement but the smell has never really gone away Sink is not used frequently and this has been an ongoing problem.
