Washing machine has been delivered to the property but not installed correctly. Need someone to remove the transit bolts and fix the connection to the taps. Machine is the LG 10kg-6kg Combo Washer Dryer

My water line has a pin hole in it and I can’t find a repair kit locally to fit the size of the pipe

We have tried the drain chemicals and did not work We think the blockage is in the main pipe going through outside.

Site: Mandurah WA 6210. What I need: Looking for a plumber to inspect and fix the leaking joint under the sink. The leak occurs immediately when the tap is in use. New plug and waste system Issues: Water sprays underneath the ensuite sink into the cupboard whenever the tap is turned on. It appears to be coming from a pipe joint/connection, likely related to a recently installed plug and waste system.

Need a clear Perspex panel installed on an existing black metal tubular fence to stop children putting hands through the fence into the spa area. It's a small part of the fence that need doing. Please quote including materials and labour.
