Add attachment needed to make cold tap assessable for two washing machines as there is only currently one cold tap and one hot tap and I want to attach two self heating washing machines-just ask if that doesn’t make sense🙂

Bathrooms need to be regrouted i have a problem where the water has been getting through the wall. Insurance assessed that this is the issue. Soap dish is broken would also like this fixed/ taken out . 2 bathrooms (1 main and ensuite)
