Hi, Water is coming up through the bathroom floor tiles when the shower or toilet is used. There is no leak when the wash basin is used. Looking for an experienced handyman/plumber to inspect and fix the issue?

Need unit's old main water tap replaced with ball valve. See picture for what I have and what I need. I need two done, plus multiple neighbours will be interested if it's a good price and a good job. Must have liability insurance and be able to invoice, as it's body corporate we can't just let anyone do it .

Water leaking from toilet. Pretty sure the water is coming up from under the tiles around the toilet. So I think we have a leave under the toilet, where the s bend meets the sewer pipe. I think- need you to confirm. Happy to do cash. Obviously pushing sh*t uphill between now and Christmas, so understand if it doesn’t happen till after.

My Suzuki SX4 aircon is leaking water into the passenger seat. When the aircon is turned on, water slowly leaks into the passenger seat floor and when I drive with the aircon on there is a faint rubbing/brushing noise, especially when I turn the steering right.

Additionally, I need someone to access the roof to apply tape to the end cover of the solar hot water system. Also, secure or tighten a tap spout/nozzle on an outdoor sink. The base swivels at the base.
