Henri is a very well mannered person, does what he says - Is easy to work with - nothing is a bother - offers ideas that might improve on what you want done . His workmanship is very good . We had a shower base replaced and the tiling was great. Did some work that was not included for no payment. Henri has a daytime job so weekends are his go puts in long hours to get things done. Would recommend this man for any tiling or plaster work.

Need sink drainage pipe rerouted out wall, and connected to existing vent. See photos. House is in Windradyne(Bathurst). This is required for a DA. It requires the house drainage pipe does not go under the deck. Currently pipe goes about 1.5m under deck. Pipe has to be rerouted, and go from under sink out the wall, and along wall for about 1.5, and join to existing vent. The following has to be done: - Disconnect and seal existing drainage pipe under sink - Remove a brick from outside wall, or drill hole in brick - Route drainage pipe out hole in wall - Drainage pipe has to go about 1.5m along outside of wall - And connect to existing vent Council also requires a "Notice of work" and "certificate of compliance" once job is done. - Due date: Flexible
