Hi, I need a handyman or plasterer to create an access opening in my ceiling to reach my air conditioning unit for repair and maintenance. Currently, the gyprock ceiling is blocking access. Scope of work: • Inspect ceiling and identify safe cutting area (avoid wires/pipes) • Cut a neat opening in gyprock ceiling • Supply and install a suitable ceiling access panel (approx. 600x600 mm or as recommended) • Secure the frame properly • Ensure clean finish (flush fit; minimal visible gaps) • Clean up after job Details: • Location: Ceiling (indoor, residential home) • Purpose: Access AC unit for repair (pump switch issue) • Flexible with panel type (standard or push-to-open) • Open to suggestions on size and placement Preferred: • Someone experienced with gyprock/plasterboard work • Own tools and materials (or advise what to purchase from Bunnings Warehouse) Timing: • Flexible (ASAP preferred) Please quote including labour + materials (or separate if needed).

Remove box ac, plaster the hole and replace the brick to cover the hole on the exterior. I don’t have spare bricks.

Got two holes in the wall of my house The wall is of gyprock

I have 2 walls and wardrobes that need to be set only walls are 3m long and 2.4 high . Wall is exactly same in other side in photo . Possibly sand next day also

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

Tile 600 X 1200 tiles qty 4 on plaster wall. I have tiles only. cuts to be made for powerpoints X 2 and notch for rangehood. you will need tile cement , white grout, tile cutter, level, spacers ect. Total length 2650 X 600 tall for kitchen splashback
