- Roughly 3m X 3m size - I will buy the gyprock, cornice and the plasterboard lift, need someone to install the gyprock sheets for me - I will do the paint job myself

Two main tasks 1. Gyprock fix (possibly 600 mm by 600mm)on ceiling image 1 - n operating light (option to upgrade to basic oyster light for additional 20 to 40$) 2. Trim the bathroom door - image 2

Remove box ac, plaster the hole and replace the brick to cover the hole on the exterior. I don’t have spare bricks.

Cover gyprock holes around 5 holes from 10 to 20 cm in diameter.

Gyprock need to change in dining, lounge and kitchen from ground to up 1.2 meter urgent work is required.

We need an entrance door to the side of our house. Its single brick and plasterboard lined. Will require a small concrete landing outside with a step to the ground. House is on piers not a slab. Licenced tradie only and references would be appreciated. Have no idea what this will cost, Obviously best price quoted will get the job. Have funds to pay a genuine reasonable price, All quotes will be within our budget.

I have a whole in the wall that needs repairing

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

Task is as follows I will be supplying materials. I require 1 x Gyprocker to name their day rate. Photos show the job - it is a combination of patch ups and cornices

Cut out broken gyprock and replace

We need old silicone to be removed in bathroom, toilet areas and do it properly. Small painting patch. Fix gyprock top coating, finishing and painting. Fix skirting and cover the gaps in one room. All the work may not be showed in the images.
