I’m looking for an experienced gyprocker/plasterer to complete repairs as part of my bathroom renovation in St Clair, NSW. Scope of works: * Bathroom: * Supply and install the missing 6 mm Villaboard (blue board/fibro) where required. * Repair the bathroom ceiling gyprock, including several small hairline cracks. * Repair rusted nail/screw pops in the bathroom ceiling caused by moisture. Replace with screws where required, tape/set and prepare ready for paint. * Outside the bathroom: * Remove the damaged sections of standard white gyprock on the wall immediately outside the bathroom (as shown in the photos). * Supply and install new plasterboard to match the existing. * Tape and set all joints ready for painting. Requirements: * Supply all materials, including plasterboard, 6 mm Villaboard, screws, joint tape, joint compound and all consumables. * Own tools and experience with bathroom renovations. * Leave the work clean and ready for the next trades (waterproofer/painter). * Please provide a quote including labour and materials. * Photos are attached showing all areas requiring repair. I’m looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver a neat, professional finish. Preference will be given to experienced gyprockers with excellent reviews.

Scope of Work: Office Partitioning & Fit-Out (Rental Property) ​Project Overview ​Supply and installation of six (6) individual office rooms with standard internal doors using steel stud framing and gyprock. The project is located within a leased commercial office space. Zero permanent damage to the existing carpet, ceiling grid, or walls is permitted. Open to all qualified plasterers, carpenters, and fit-out professionals to apply. ​Layout & Room Dimensions as attched ​The configuration consists of 6 rooms partitioned with new walls. ​Work Requirements ​Framing & Gyprock: Supply and install light-gauge steel stud framing. Supply and install 13mm gyprock sheets to both sides. Flush, tape, and sand all joints to a smooth Level 4 finish. ​Rental Protection: Floor tracks must be fixed with minimal impact to the carpet (using approved low-damage temporary fixing methods). New walls must butt up cleanly against the existing ceiling grid without structural damage. ​Doors & Hardware: Supply and install six (6) timber door frames and standard flush-panel internal doors with commercial lever handles. ​Painting: Apply 1 coat of sealer/undercoat and 2 coats of premium ​Site Cleanliness ​Full canvas/plastic drop sheets must cover all carpets during work. ​Vacuum-assisted dustless sanders must be used to prevent plaster dust spread. ​The contractor is responsible for the complete daily removal and disposal of all project waste.

Gyprock has been damaged in bathroom where IXL light was due to water damage

Water damage in the subfloor ceiling in the kitchen after a water leak. The gyprock needs to be replaced.

I basically need to ceiling mount these Gynmastic ring mounting brackets but it needs to be done in a way to support 100kg. Obviously this can’t just be mounted to the gyprock and support this weight. I need someone to work out how to do this and install it. I’m assuming a timber block in the roof. finish 12 joins in villaboard and sand. Sand flush patched sheet joins in 6x3 room. Tradie request so no stupid offers

Plasterboard in ceiling of garage is stained and sagging as a result of water damage. Need help repairing. Leak has been fixed so just need ceiling repaired

Roof on top of stair well. We removed a chunk to manoeuvre bed frame and we need repaired

The existing access opening is already cut into the ceiling (see photo). I require someone to: • Supply and install a suitable ceiling access hatch/panel. • Ensure it is secure and can be opened for future access if required. • Patch and tidy any rough edges around the opening. • Leave the area neat and paint-ready

Install Cornice/Top coat ensuite, Set entry header to ensuite Install cornice in 1 bedroom around new wardrobe

I have some lose paint on walls , and a bit of flaking on the ceiling . It’s not to bad but I would like to fix it . if your handy with plaster. It will be an easy job for you.

Have attempted patch and looks horrible, pretty sure the patch used was not the correct gyprock thickness, as it looks recessed. Whole wall will need to be painted as close as we can get it to surrounding walls. Coat hanger photo is to show size comparison Wall is not too big. 2x2 roughly
