I need a handyman or plasterer to repair a small section of ceiling gyprock and reinstall a downlight in my house in Acacia Gardens. A ceiling light fitting came off, leaving a hole and some damaged plasterboard next to the air-conditioning return vent. The electrical wiring is still present in the ceiling. Scope of work: • Inspect the damaged ceiling area • Advise the correct size of gyprock sheet required so I can purchase it from Bunnings • Remove the damaged section of plasterboard • Install a new gyprock patch in the ceiling • Tape, plaster and sand the repaired area • Cut the hole for the downlight • Install the downlight securely so it does not come loose Details: • The repair area is small (around the size of a downlight hole) • Ceiling height is standard residential height • Location is next to an air-conditioning return vent • I will supply the downlight Please bring tools required for plasterboard ceiling repair. Looking for someone experienced in gyprock/plaster repairs to ensure the patch is solid and the light fitting is secure. Photos of the damaged area are attached.

We had taken out part of the gyprock (splashback) while redoing the kitchen and need to Install the gyprock to cover the open areas (splashback and gaps near the ceiling). In Laundry( refer to last 2pics), need to gyprock on the side and cement board near the sink with some water proofing done near the sink area).

I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

Tile 600 X 1200 tiles qty 4 on plaster wall. I have tiles only. cuts to be made for powerpoints X 2 and notch for rangehood. you will need tile cement , white grout, tile cutter, level, spacers ect. Total length 2650 X 600 tall for kitchen splashback
