We need an entrance door to the side of our house. Its single brick and plasterboard lined. Will require a small concrete landing outside with a step to the ground. House is on piers not a slab. I’m looking for plasterer or handyman to cut out a 1200 mm × 600 mm section of ceiling plaster where cracks are visible, install two 1000 mm timber studs, and then replace the plasterboard (or reuse the cut-out piece if possible). The job also includes sealing the joins and matching the ceiling paint over the 1200 mm × 600 mm area. This is a perfect job if you have plasterboard off-cuts or timber off cuts from previous projects. The ceiling height is approximately 2500 mm.

Tile 600 X 1200 tiles qty 4 on plaster wall. I have tiles only. cuts to be made for powerpoints X 2 and notch for rangehood. you will need tile cement , white grout, tile cutter, level, spacers ect. Total length 2650 X 600 tall for kitchen splashback
