Looking for free in-person quotes for extensive plastering and repair work needed. 1910 build, mostly internal, timber frame walls. After significant restumping to the home, there are a number of cracks which need repair in walls and ceilings. Some walls need ‘skimming’ to smooth over wall paper removal down to the plasterboard. Walls need to be ‘paint ready’ and mostly smooth. We are also planning and budgeting for extensive renovations, including bathroom, kitchen, whole bedroom remodelling which will require plastering work, cornice replacement etc. Keen to have you come and have a look and quote accordingly. Some of them are small holes from where lights have been moved (4locations). The manhole cover and cornice also needs to be repaired/ replaced. The price is for this plaster work only.
