Hi, I'm looking for pest and termite treatment (external and internal) for a 2 storey, 4 bed, 3 bathroom house in Box Hill. The lot area is 299 sqm. For the termite barrier, here are the details if it helps: The building has been constructed using a Termguard “Perimeter Retreatment and Armoured Shield System”. The “Perimeter Retreatment System” is a 20mm diameter drilled UPVC piping which is installed around the external perimeter of the home approximately 100mm out from the edge of the footing and approximately 75mm below the finished ground surface with charging points for the initial application and re application of termicides. The “Armoured Shields” are solvent welded to the plumbing penetrations, providing a barrier to termites through the gaps around the plumbing penetrations.

We have been experiencing a cockroach issue in our 2-bedroom apartment and would like to have it addressed as soon as possible. A couple of months ago, we noticed a 3 to 4 larger cockroaches. More recently, however, we have mainly been seeing baby cockroaches. So far, we have noticed approximately 5–10 of them, mostly in the kitchen area, either on the floor or occasionally on the walls. We have also seen a few on the walls in the living room. We are concerned that there may be a breeding or nesting area somewhere inside the apartment, possibly around the kitchen, under the sink, or through gaps or other entry points. As this is a rental property, we would appreciate it if the affected areas and possible entry points could also be inspected and, where appropriate, sealed. We would like to arrange pest treatment/fumigation as soon as possible. Could you please also let us know what preparations we need to make beforehand, particularly regarding food, kitchen utensils, cupboards, appliances, furniture, children’s belongings, and how long we may need to stay out of the apartment after the treatment?
