For the termite barrier, here are the details if it helps: The building has been constructed using a Termguard “Perimeter Retreatment and Armoured Shield System”. The “Perimeter Retreatment System” is a 20mm diameter drilled UPVC piping which is installed around the external perimeter of the home approximately 100mm out from the edge of the footing and approximately 75mm below the finished ground surface with charging points for the initial application and re application of termicides. The “Armoured Shields” are solvent welded to the plumbing penetrations, providing a barrier to termites through the gaps around the plumbing penetrations.
