Hi all, works required as follows: - There’s 2 relatively small areas of paving that need a good pressure wash (one is the single garage space at the front with pavers and tiles) and a smaller section at the back, just underneath the steps off the deck - there’s a small timber deck out the back that either needs a scrub or pressure wash (hand scrub the privacy screen also), probably not pressure wash as it will take the stain off/out? - down the side of the house is a walkway that needs a pressure wash - external of house needs a scrub/wash and to get rid of cob webs and make it sparkle.I don’t think it can be pressure washed as it will peel off the paint Please ensure you have a high pressure washer and not the more domestic style Please allow for a high quality finish, not sure if you use soap on the house and scrubbing brush or you have something better? Just want to ensure it doesn’t degrade the paint and sparkles at the end. Prefer someone that does this as a business if possible. Need this done Thursday this week please. The house has tenants, I should be there at the start but will need someone that can work considerately of them even though they are easy going. There is a few items on the deck, just a lightweight cane furniture and a bbq that will need to be handled carefully. Easy parking nearby, but pressure washer should be portable and be moved around the side of the house
