Paving repairs to front & rear of house. At the front we just want to lift & relay the pavers which have sunk as they have become a tripping hazard. Plus a bit of pave lock or similar is needed to fill the gaps. At the rear, tree roots have pushed some pavers up in a few areas, looking to remedy this without doing a total relay. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 29 November 2023

About a dozen pavers have sunk due to soil having collapsed underneath. The pavers might be a little difficult to remove and lift because the are surrounded by a concrete border. They are driveway thickness cement pavers, not the usual thinner walkway pavers. Make sense?!

Our front gate won't open fully because the paving near it seems to have risen a bit over the past couple of years. A friend suggested we get the paving behind the gate taken up and repaved so that it is flatter. The area is 1- 2 square metres and there is no cutting or shaping of pavers required. We need a base done for a garden shed. The base will be 2.4m x 2.4m and thinking of using 600mm concrete pavers. The ground will need to be prepped etc. Keen to know what you would charge and what when you’d be able to do it. *edit 17/1* - I’ve added some photos of the area. The pile of bricks will be moved by us. You can see two bricks on the lawn, that’s where the base will come to, so lawn needs to be dug out to there. You’ll notice the lawn sits up a bit higher than the ground, so I suspect we just need paving sand (or whatever is necessary) down to build up the ground with little digging out required. There’s a couple irrigation pipes that need to be looked out for. We would supply materials but would need your advice on what you need etc. unless you want to quote including that (we’ll supply pavers). Hi! We recently have our driveway completed and have carried the concrete through the crossover. We need to reinstate the council footpath paving on both sides of the driveway. One side the levels are pretty much spot on. The other side needs the levels brought down quite a bit. We need the paving to sit flush against the drive and to be in line with council expectations. We’re waiting on the concrete to be sealed but the job could be done before then. Just need to be careful to not mark up the driveway. We have plenty of pavers ready for laying.

We’re looking for someone to lift 4 small sections of paving, re-level with sand, and re lay the pavers.

Laying bluestone pavers/stepping stones (0.4mx0.6m) through a flat lawn to an outdoor courtyard. The length of the lawn to the courtyard is ~10.8m, each paver is 0.4m long and we are looking to alternate 0.4m of lawn between each paver i.e. 0.4m paver and then 0.4m lawn. 28 pavers to be laid in total, laying x2 wide. All materials supplied. Before the pavers are laid we also require a 500mm trench dug under where the pavers will be to run some conduit.
