I’ve moved into a 50m2 rental (a small cottage) in Medlow Bath and I’ve approval to paint the interior. The existing interior is a light and a medium shade of grey. I would like to paint everything (the ceilings, walls, trims, doors, but not floors) ONE colour- ‘comfort white’. I have purchased a 15L tub of comfort white paint (and can purchase more, or am happy for you to purchase wholesale). As stated, the rental is small. There are five rooms, including a kitchen and a bathroom with an inbuilt wash closet in total. The rooms require no or at most minimal preparation as far as I can tell. One of the five rooms has been painted as a trial, with one coat of Taubmans 3 in 1 (more of which needs to be purchased) and one coat of comfort white. It would look best with one more coat of comfort white. Therefore, in total, four rooms require painting and one additional room requires one final coat. The rental contains my boxed belongings, which I can move onto the back deck if needed. There are four items of furniture that are too heavy for me to move, however; a wardrobe, two sideboards and a fridge. I would like to work with an affordable, licensed painter who will ensure that there are no drips or roller lines/marks. I would like the job to commence at the end of this week if possible, please. I have attached a floor plan and old photographs of the rental prior to my moving in (PLEASE NOTE that rooms appear much larger than they are owing to the wide angle lens the photographer used). I have also attached a photograph of the room that requires one final coat. PLEASE ENSURE that all offers are for the job’s completion in its entirety. PLEASE ALSO NOTE that I require an invoice for the job prior to payment, as the invoice will be paid by a charity which supports survivors of DV and which is paying for the painting of the house on my behalf.

I need the inside of a shed spray painted. 1 coat should be enough. It is the seal the lining after a smoulder fire. It has been cleaned but I just want it to look fresh. I have Wagner spray gun suitable and the paint. I want someone who has some experience and will do a good job. No first timers.
