The top window sills are 5.2m off the ground and over a stair case with access either from a landing or from the top floor out over the landing. Painting the inside of kitchen and bathroom cupboards and drawers

Bathroom walls and ceiling need painting - some minor scraping, sanding and wiping down surfaces will be required as part of the preparation. Paints are already purchased and if necessary the equipment can also be provided. Best if you can bring your own ladder though. It is a small bathroom, should be able to do the job in one day. Can we please get the walls and ceilings repainted in a standard white colour. The only change in colour will be the wall in the lounge area which is currently a horrible blue, it needs to be a white colour with a light tinge of light blue (Dulux colour to come). The doors on all the bedrooms to be repainted (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and possibly the kitchen cupboards as well. I've attached screenshots from the house and also the house plan. We really need this to be done on a budget so hopefully the price we set is realistic. We can't go much over what we are offering.
