Please see the floor plan attached. All rooms except bathroom need repainting - the unit is quite old. I am hoping to get this done in the next few weeks before the flooring is installed. I would like a rough quote. Thank you.

Includes lounge/dining area and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen and bathroom not required to be done. Apartment is currently empty. We work 8:30-5 so will meet at the apartment to let you in at the start of the day and can meet once the job is finished.

Bathroom walls and ceiling need painting - some minor scraping, sanding and wiping down surfaces will be required as part of the preparation. Paints are already purchased and if necessary the equipment can also be provided. Best if you can bring your own ladder though. It is a small bathroom, should be able to do the job in one day. Not sure what the going rates are - negotiable.
