We need the interior of our office prepared and painted. It was last painted approximately 12 years ago. It is a single room office with approximate dimensions of 8m x 5m x 2.4m (H). Plus a very small WC. All walls, ceiling (timber boards), doors, door frames, skirtings, window frame. It is furnished but we will stack the furniture as best as we can in the centre of the room. You will need to supply good quality paints, and all tools and materials that you require. Looking for all to be painted in the appropriate white paint. Interior painting to be completed in vacant granny flat (2 topcoats, eco-paint supplied). Main room approx. 40sq/m, new plasterboard primed a few years back (one wall is all glass sliding doors with aluminium trim, so does not require painting) + toilet room approx. 10sq/m requires two small walls & low ceiling topcoated only. Simple, no ceiling cornices & wide 20cm skirting boards (primed, to be painted later, separate task). Wall holes all plastered & spot primed with Zinsser BIN. I’m looking for a professional painter to paint 2 interior walls. One is white or off white, and the other is a blue/grey. Both walls will need the paint to be matched to the existing wall colour. Hi All I'm looking for a painter (or a handyman that's confident with painting) to help around the house I am currently renovating. Tasks I have in mind are: 1. Painting skirting boards around the house (Including prep such as taping/sanding/filling in nail holes) 2. Painting door/window trims (and the prep required) 3. Repairing/Painting outside eaves (will need some prep and potentially some sealant) 4. Painting a mesh door (I don't have a spray painter, so it would be good if you had one, otherwise we might be able to get away with a can of spray paint) 5. Painting a the bathroom ceiling that is 3 - 4 metres high (will probably need a ladder taller than mine) 6. Painting a few walls (one coat) 7. Painting an outside verandah ceiling There is minimal furniture around the place, so we won't need to move things around. I will supply all paint. I have painting equipment too, and a ladder, but if you have your own professional equipment it's probably going to be better than mine. I am looking to pay an hourly or daily rate around $50 PH, and estimate 2-3 days work, but I'm happy to see how we go and confirm further work on a day by day basis. The airtask budget reflects the 1st day (7 hours) of labour/painting.
