Find an experienced house painter in Northgate

We need the new extension painted on the exterior or our house. Will need to be prepped with no more gaps in a couple of places and some nail holes filled. Small kitchen size extension. Also a beam on roof needs painting. Selling so need done asap. We will supply paint. High set house. Anything that is white has already been painted. Top half of house to be painted externally (weather boards, eaves, windows inc. sills and gutters) ie. not bottom half, no stairs. Will need to be cleaned and prepped, two coats of paint. Would like person/business with experience in painting exterior of houses, QBCC License and insurance. Price does not include cost of paint.

Sanding down timber home and prepping for painting exterior

1946 Queenslander, single level front, double on back due to sloping block. Paintwork is in a poor state of repair as this is a reno job. Paint is flaking and contains lead. Quite a few windows and one set of entrance stairs (6 steps). Guttering is new and in the right colour but rolls will need to be painted black. Rest of house lexicon quarter semi gloss. Upto $10k for right painter

Hi, we need the 2 sides of our Queenslander home painted (exterior) and potentially thinking about getting some help to speed up the process. We can supply paint. However, you would need scaffolding to work at heights. We are capable of this job however if we can get it done sooner at a reasonable price we would like it done sooner rather than later.
