I am looking for about 55% of my house to be converted from traditional cornice to a square set finish. We would want this to be completed to a top tier professional standard and for the work to be completed to a professional standard. There are also a few little odd jobs that we need help with too such as patching a ceiling hole from a lighting pendant being re-positioned.

Paint our newly purchased 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an extra living space. We are after all the walls to be a cool white as well as skirting, window and door frames. We do not need the garage to be done just the rest of the house. If you could provide quotes on the job with the ceiling painted and also without the ceiling painted that would be fantastic. Doors, door frames and window frames will also need doing 🙂

We also need the skirtings throughout the house removed and repaired before painting as we will be having flooring laid once the paint job is done. We do not need the garage to be done just the rest of the house. If you could provide quotes on the job with the ceiling painted and also without the ceiling painted that would be fantastic. Need the supply and install of a fence around our front balcony and down the stairs. It can be either pvc, timber or aluminium - depending on the look and price. Photos are provided of the current balustrade and what we are looking for. There is approximately 25 lineal meters (including the stairs).
