Hello, I need an experienced painter to sand down, prep, and repaint the exterior of my house. The house is on a slope, you will need tressels to reach the height. House measures: The Lowest point to roof is 6 metres. We will provide the paint. You will need your own tools, tressels, and safety gear. Thank you!

The interior area is approximately 108 sqm or less. It is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house and requires full interior painting. General notes: - house is currently empty - available for work from 11 January - ideally work to be completed before 16 January - overall description: interior painting of 2-storey (4-bedrooms upstair and 1 office) house including attached 2-cars garage (2 coats) - colour: standard off-white - upstairs floor area about 125m2 - downstairs floor area: about 85m2 plus garage 35m2 - painters to come with their own tools and consumables such as roller sleeves, masking tapes, filling compound, etc. - paints to be as optional/ separately. Removal - items not to be re-instated (fill holes): - pull / unscrew all nails and hooks inside house - remove 3 small shelves in downstairs hallway - remove TV bracket in main BR - remove shoe racks at entry (to garage later) - remove shelf units in living area 3 upstairs - fill and sand holes from all of the above (will not be replaced) Removal - items to be reinstated in exact same locations (don't fill holes): - remove window coverings and rods etc and store carefully - remove garage hooks and store Preparation: - final sanding where needed - vacuum all dust - apply masking tape to all adjacent surfaces not to be painted - dropsheets as required to protect floors and countertops Exclusions (protect from paint): - Window surrounds in gloss paint - bare wood surfaces (upstairs floors, stairs, hand rails, etc) - tiled floors (most of downstairs) - kitchen cupboards and countertops - doors and door surrounds Apply 2 coats of paint to all walls and ceilings in all rooms including garage (except tiled walls in the bathrooms) - includes walls inside built-in closets - includes walls inside pantry, walk-in robe (main bedroom), walk-in linen closet - after completion, remove drop sheets and tape To reinstall: - window coverings and rods etc

Paint two layers of paint to ALL WALLS AND CEILINGS of a lounge, staircase, corridor and three rooms that each have three walls. Also paint doors, edges and archetrays. Material all provided

I have had my house raised recently and a number of battens that need to be painted. I also have two staircases that need to be painted and a front gate.

We need just the front of our house aluminium siding painted, as it’s got a few missing paint patches and needs a tidy up. Recently had pressure washed so clean and ready. Only the front of the house needs to be done, white to match previous paint. Experienced painters only, paint will be supplied but that’s it.

We require painting to an upper portion of our house exterior. The main work has a maximum length of 5 metres and the second is a very small portion of weatherboard that only needs painting (undercoat has been applied - see the third photo). Need plasterer for 2 bedroom; bathroom kitchen area with negotiation

Looking for qualified painters to paint the walls inside a small 4 bedroom house for an elderly couple. Walls are currently a light creamy/beige. They want them painted white.
