Looking at getting the exterior of my house painted. There is some paint peel in some areas that is quite flaky and would easily be able to be scraped off rather than require sanding. - Due date: Flexible

Paint all outside of house in white and with black trim. Garages to be painted black also. Needs to be completed in the next 3 weeks.

Approximately 30-35l/m of timber fascia boards require scrape flaking paint or sanding. Wash. Undercoat any bare timber. 2 coats acrylic top coat. I Will supply Dulux exterior water based paint. Gable end requires washing with bleach, bit of mould. Gable Is asbestos but paints in not too bad condition. Will require scaffolding.

Repaint the Interior of recently purchased home. 1950s 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house that was last painted 10 years ago. House is currently empty and need the job done in the next two/three weeks.
