We want someone to supply the paint and paint the house white it’s an investment we are trying to make it a bit more attractive for renters prefer it spray painted

Paint our newly purchased 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an extra living space. We are after the ceilings being painted and all the walls a cool white. We also need the skirtings throughout the house removed and repaired before painting as we will be having flooring laid once the paint job is done. We do not need the garage to be done just the rest of the house. If you could provide quotes on the job with the ceiling painted and also without the ceiling painted that would be fantastic. Doors, door frames and window frames will also need doing 🙂

Need the supply and install of a fence around our front balcony and down the stairs. It can be either pvc, timber or aluminium - depending on the look and price. Photos are provided of the current balustrade and what we are looking for. There is approximately 25 lineal meters (including the stairs).
