Paint my 3 bedroom house completely before I sell it for $500

Hi Everyone, I am requesting a quote for the following painting jobs: 1. For skirting throughout the house excluding Garage (Refer to attached floor plans of the house): i. Patching and sanding the skirting boards with nail holes all around the house, moving all the furniture out of the way. ii. Applying 2 coats of final gloss paint to previously undercoated skirting while protecting the floor using protective covering to avoid getting paint on the floor. iii. Seal the skirting bottom with Silicon and seal the skirting top with Selleys No More Gap or reputable brand. Please provide the price including supply of all ancillary materials including but not limited to all required paint, paint brushes, filler for patching nail holes, Silicon, No More Gap, cleaning and protective covering supplies etc. The length of skirting is approx. 150m lineal meters and garage skirting painting is not required as its already completed. 2. Supply and install timber pieces to seal the garage door architrave gap on both sides and paint it (refer to attached photos). 3. Paint the engraved text "JUST CHILLAX" on the internal door with closest matching color with "Jarrah" color floor (see the photo). The paint will be supplied by me. 4. Touch up paint and gyprock repair at multiple locations in the house and painting two 200x100mm wooden blocks around two wall lights (see attached photo of wall light). Also, one of the timber block is slightly crooked which needs to be straightened up or a new timber block is to be supplied, cut and installed for wall light to be installed straight.
