Hi, are you a painter in between jobs looking to paint a house? We have a 4bdr double storey house (floorplan attached) that requires a full interior painting. Both my wife and I work from home, and we have 3 young kids with a dog. Consequently, I need someone that will minimise footprint in order not to impact daily family rhythm too much. Please read requirements below: - Cannot be a team - I can only do with one painter in the house to minimise impact on our work schedule. You will cover small areas at any given time as most of the house is used daily. - Ideal start time would be from 9am to 3.30pm - You can leave your equipment on site however where possible, areas of the house are not to be blocked overnight (ie drop sheets covering the kitchen). Internal painting. Hallway plus living and kitchen, walls and ceiling

I have a 3 bedroom townhouse, 1 main bathroom, 1 ensuite and 1 seperate toilet. Bathrooms are tiled to the roof so painting would just be the roof. We have a 2 car garage, the roof and 1.5 wall we would to be painted. The task is end to end interior painting of the entire house, door, walls, roof, skirts, staircase, the whole lot. We have picked out the paint colours so once this is confirmed we can get the volume required, we would be guided by you on this. We did have someone come through and do the patchwork a few weeks ago so there should be minimal patchwork but please quote under the assumption there will be some minor patchwork. Mostly where paint has bubbled where the nail/screw in the gyprock is. We had a few these when a bathroom was repaired. There are no major holes or gyprocking required. In the kitchen downstairs, there is a crack which has always been there which is the connection between the gyprock sheets but also the structural beam is above that. The flex the house, keeps bring back this crack. If there is some trick, solution to stop this from happy before we paint, this would be important to us. We have just had the carpet installed and flooring is happening right now. We didn't have the intention to paint but given all the furniture is packed away, there is minimal moving for the task. I can only upload 10 photos but let me know if you need any further clarification. We would like a licenced and insured painter given we just installed new carpet/flooring. Quote without paint as we'll cover this but everything else is included in the quote.
