Painting the exterior of a cement-rendered, 2x storey house - front facade only (which includes balconies and cement-rendered fences). The cement-renders front walls and fences will require repair.

One ceiling one door and one window trim

2 strips down each side of the house and eaves/ 7.5 meters approx. in length single story house but elevated

Getting access to my home on Dec 10th and need it painted from the 11th, hopefully finished by the 14th. Two levels, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, hallways, dining and lounge for painting. Need the walls, doors, skirting and window frames painted, two coats. No need for painting bathrooms or garage. See floor plan for an idea, 176sq m internal.

I am painting the outside of my house and there is a small corner (about 2 or 3 sq metres) that I can't reach with my ladder. I need someone with a long ladder and skills to get up there and paint that bit. We are talking 4.5 metres up so you'll need a 6 metre ladder probably. Working from home so can be flexible on time.

Need the front of the house painted have the paint just need work done need 2 coats paint and must have experience in painting, also need to clean up and remove concrete splashed on the front.
