6 rooms and a hallway ( walls and ceilings) need to be sugar soaped before they can be painted. We have ladders,drop sheets, sugar soap, gloves etc...

Looking for someone to help with painting my home Would like to pay hourly rate. Apologies if budget posted is small as I would like to workout the final budget. We had small foundation issue in house which caused walls to crack which is now fixed for 6 months. The cracks have settled. I would like someone to come in inspect the place and give us a budget that can work. I have attached example crack pic. There are around 8 cracks to be filled.
