I'm looking for an experienced and reliable tradesperson to complete the exterior painting of a single-story house. The previous contractor started the job but did not finish, so I need someone to take over and ensure a quality finish. For areas where you see blue paint in the attached picture, one coat is required, while areas without blue paint—such as the top-front of the house—will need two coats. I’ll cover the cost of paint separately, and you can buy it up from Bunnings, which is less than 1 km from my home. In addition to painting, there’s potential for additional work for a skilled handyman, including tasks like fixing a gate, repairing locks, installing a new toilet seat, and addressing minor window cracks.

An external brick wall approximately 9 m long and between 5 - 7 m high requires the existing flaking paint to be stripped off, to be sealed with Emerclad and then finished with Dulux Weathershield. Referenced paint products will be supplied, all other equipment and tools should be by tasked and all costs included in quote. Wall is on a side ally of a house that is approx 700mm wide
