Need partial bagging to join the other surfaces already done when the house was built (front of the house is partially done - top storey - and I don't like it), ground floor and first floor respectively. Front side of the house only; so it involves a double garage, entrance with a separate window and three top storey windows, which makes it rather small overall coverage area. After that, the whole bagged area needs to be painted; primed, sealed and coated the newly bagged area, then a fresh coat over the whole lot. Asking for a quotes per square metre bagging, sealing/priming and base coat painting, separate second coat painting for the lot. We are buying the paint, you supply the sand/cement and all of the required tools and equipment (height access required) - we will not accept any extra charges for your tools or equipment. Ample parking available, direct street access with access to water and power, room for tools. You clean up and take all rubbish away daily, our rubbish bins are off limit. Protection is needed for a concrete driveway and tiled surfaces. Windows sills, gutters and door trims that get smeared accidentally are to be cleaned immediately and left in the original clean condition.
