I am needing someone to sand the brown fascia on the front and back of the house. This will need to be sanded first. I have a small hand sander but not sure if this is what is used. This then needs to be painted white. Under this is a cream vinyl cladding. It is the same material as the grey cladding underneath. It will need a primer applied and then the paint.
