Painting the front of our workshop in a dark grey. RHS of frontage will also need doing which is 2 story section- it’s part of a shared wall with the neighbouring business. Interior room in workshop will need doing too. It’s about 3x3m- walls and ceiling.

I need an experienced carpenter, joiner, or exterior maintenance professional to seal gaps (15-40mm wide) between the brickwork and cladding on the eastern and western sides of my house in Rochedale South. As you can see in the photos, the work is at height and a tall ladder will be required. The goal is to ensure the area is fully weatherproof and watertight. Finish painting all maroon weatherboard and lattice in grey. Finish painting all cream-colour posts and roof beams in white. Paint provided. Can also supply painting material if needed. 1 coat only, minimal to no prep required - painting for sale of house.

Need to replace rotted timber on a wooden bench, paint with exterior paint to protect it and add a black mesh on the inside to prevent sand from going through the gaps in between the timber.

Need help to paint a house, inside and outside.

Outside of house painted at front and a side wall in same colour as it currently is. Only section that needs painting is the white/seamist colour. There may need to have small repair of crack in front wall (need to discuss) and also maybe cleaning of wall before painting but can do that ourselves if needed. Side wall is only to gate at front of house. Not a big job.
