We have a two storey (2-bedroom) home, weather board on top, brick on bottom. We need a pressure wash of the upper floor and window areas. We also suspect there may be some sanding/painting of some weatherboard areas needed in the back of the house (to be assessed after wash). We are looking for a painter to: - Scrape and sand back existing weatherboards - Job is for one wall only as this wall was inaccessible while the neighbors were renovating. - Fill and patch any areas that have degraded. - Apply primer, sealer, undercoat - Apply top coat Area to be painted is 10.5 metres wide by 3.5 metres high. Single storey house. We already know the colour and will supply the paint if you let us know how many liters we need. You will need to supply your own ladders, painting tools and sanding equipment. We would like the area to he kept as clean as possible and that vacuums are used during the sanding / cleaning phase.

We are looking for someone to help us patch some rendering in our backyard. The area is roughly 3.5 metres long and .5 metres high. A small 20cm x 10cm area at the front of our house also needs patching. I have a 3m x 4m wooden shed that needs 3 coats of paint (one primer two top coats). It includes the painting of one double glass door and one single glass window. The highest point to be painted is roughly two and a half metres and easily reached with a small ladder. All paint supplied.

3 storey townhouse requires exterior and interior painting completed before Easter. Is currently inhabited so furniture and carpet will need to be protected.
