Find an experienced exterior painting contractor in Inner West Sydney

Apply 2 coats of good quality external low sheen acrylic paint to external rendered masonry wall. The wall has been previously painted only in the last 12 months so it is in good condition and only needs the top coat applied - no undercoat required but a scuff up with sandpaper on the top timber barge board where it adjoins the roof maybe necessary to ensure paint adheres. Also you may have to clean off the odd bit of dirt that may have accumulated over the last 12 months but this should be minimal. The only reason I am painting is to change the colour. It is white and the new colour will be a mid grey tone (to be decided). The Wall is approx 16m in length overall. Height varies from 3.4m to 6m in the highest parts with some lower heights as well. I can provide the paint. Access is good and the ground is all level paved but broken up with short runs of stairs. Inspection welcome before quoting.

Exterior painted - I have the paint

Our house is brick, so it is the guttering and trims including window frames that need doing. It is also the ceiling of our our front verandah.

We need someone to paint this small outside wall neatly around the frames. Only to where our shop goes on the right side. The black part of the wall. We will organise prep and prime undercoat and Dulux Pale Sage. You will just need paint brushes and tarps & tape to work cleanly.

Painting the exterior of the house

I’m looking to get the outside area painted of the property. Approximately 25m2 in a white colour. Current surfaces are dated and grey and it’s time to freshen up. All obstacles will be removed prior to work commencing. Please supply paint or match next doors texture but in white.

Deck maintenance and painting outside.

We need to paint the inside and outside of a small new outside studio with primer plus two coats of paint (see picture attached of what was installed and where) which is made of red cedar wood. Update: The rain has put some dirt on the lower part of studio and steps that would need to be cleaned off. I also need someone who can order and pick up the paint.

Need some fiddly painting done. 1 small section of wall, (wall behind bbq in pic) 3 down pipes (in photos), 2 metal window security screens, front door with differing colours inside and out. Work is not urgent, can be done as separate jobs. Needs to be tidy work. Work can be done on any Friday/weekend. I have the paint. Happy to pay agreed hourly rate.

Outside deck 4 x4 mtrs needs sanding & stained. We have a slatted fence which also needs a few slats replaced. The photo of the deck is from when it was first put down.

Paint supplied. Rafter width is about 8 metres across terrace by 1 metre. Currently painted dark brown and grey and going cream.

I’m looking for someone to sand back the weatherboards on the side of my house to prepare the surface for painting. The paint is significantly flaking and peeling (see photos). The area runs the full length of the house and is narrow, so you’ll need tools that suit a tight space.
