Sand down and stain/finish dining room table. See picture. - Due date: Flexible

Our original 1960s wooden table has had some wear and damage to one end (we aren’t sure but think someone has applied a cleaner and corroded the surface). Need the table to be treated (sanded back? I have a blackbutt dining table that needs to be refurbished. The tabletop needs to be stripped back, sanded and a new varnish applied. You will need to have experience and own tools.

I have 4 dining chairs with flaking white paint that need to be sanded down to the wood underneath (so that they can be stained and sealed later)

Two large rooms need to be patched/sanded, gaps filled and painted. 2 coats + ceiling. Woodwork (window/door frames) & skirting boards needs to be painted also. We will purchase the paint.
