Sand back and repolish top of dining table.

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with furniture restoration to help with: 1. Cleaning and resurfacing/re-resining a timber dining table (approx. 2.4m x 1m). 2. Assisting with assembly of the table once the surface work is complete. The table needs a light clean, sanding (if required), and a fresh clear resin coat to restore shine and protection. Sand, prime and paint walls of a living/dining area (incl. wall next to kitchen)+ entry way. Please see attached photos and floorplan for size reference. Prepare and paint 2 x lounge rooms, dining room, kitchen and hallway including ceilings, windows and architraves. Spaces highlighted in yellow on floor plan. Wall highlighted in green will be VJ panelling that can either be painted prior to installation or after. Skirts will be removed and will require painting. All flooring will be removed, and painting will need to occur before new floors installed.

We’ve just moved and the yellow undertones of our dining table clash with our flooring. We’d like to enquire about having the table sanded back and re-stained to a more neutral colour - light, raw or whitewashed oak. Table is just under 1500 in diameter and is solid American oak.
