I have unfortunately gotten a mark on my dining table that I can’t seem to remove. Would like to pay to get whole table sanded (with primary goal of removing mark and then re-finished. Table is 180x90cm

Our dining table is stained and needs to be sanded back to remove the stains and French polished. The table is cherrywood.

Professional painters needed to prep and paint three bedrooms, a hallway and a living/dining area with a low odour, low VOC, low sheen true neutral white paint (two coats, exact shade TBC). Must be registered, insured, etc, and must supply all materials and paint. Property will be vacant (though we will be coming and going). On a tight timeline, so welcome quotes from those working with teams and/or happy to work Saturdays/weekends (we get keys late on Friday 19 Jan and hope to be moving in Wednesday 24 Jan).  No doors, trims or skirts need painting, only walls and ceilings in the bedrooms and hallway, and walls only in the combined living/dining area. - Bedroom 1: approx 3.5 x 4m (ceiling height approx 3m).
