We would like to have this deck sanded back completely, including sides and in grooves. So that none of this stain remains. Pics are from when first installed two years ago. rough size is 5m x 5.5m. We have a dolly but will require some help / your effort to get it on the dolly due to back surgery. There’s a small plunge pool next to the deck that we’ll cover to avoid getting sanding dust in. Newly laid Grey box decking boards ~36sqm (6.5m x 3.5m & 2.2m x 6m) plus three sets of steps (10 steps in all) need to be sanded, prepared (tannin removal + cleaned) and oiled. Originally planned to do myself so already have Intergrain products (Tannin & Oil remover, Timber cleaner, deck Oil) and some Cabots application products (deck hand, deck prep and coat brushes).
