Just need small laundry patched and painted. Apartment is empty so should be pretty easy. Prefer colour to be Lexicon Quarter which is same as rest of apartment. Roof also requires to be patches and repaired as we have removed door frame.

All it needs is a fresh coat of paint (likely 1 coat will be enough) on the walls, and the skirting/doors. 3 bedrooms, small laundry, and living/dining/entrance walls. No WIR, kitchen or bathroom walls need any paint, no need to do ceiling. Paint provided, natural white low sheen for walls, natural weight semi gloss for doors/skirting.
