Hi, I need a painter to refresh my 2-bedroom apartment. The job includes: ✔️Painting all walls throughout the apartment ✔️Painting skirting boards ✔️Prepping and patching walls (covering small dents, marks, scratches, etc.) before painting ✔️Painting internal doors and door frames/trims

Just got the keys. Want it repainted before I move in. White. Nothing exciting. I can meet you there tomorrow ( Wednesday) or this evening ( Tuesday) is 2 bedrooms and short hallway. So on floor plan - living / dining area + bedrooms and hall. I can supply paint or you can. I’m putting $1000 but obviously negotiable.

Vacant unit. Staircase from front door leading to rest of unit on one floor. All white currently and want a fresh coat of durable white. Budget 1500 excludes paint cost and I will buy dulux.

Hi there, I need a professional painter/s to paint the interior of a 2 bedroom apartment in Rhodes. Currently in good condition without too much patchwork but needs refresh before we move in. Scope of Work: Walls: Remove any nails, patch holes, and sand smooth before painting ( there aren’t too many of these) Ceilings: Wash and remove any stains before painting as well. Number of Rooms: Bedrooms x 2 ( including ceiling) Bathroom x 1 (just ceiling) Kitchen (Small + ceiling) Ensuite x 1 ( just ceiling) Open plan living and dining + Ceiling Small study area + Ceiling Laundry cupboard Doors: Up to 7 doors included in the job. Clean up of mess and leave tidy. Please include, labour, basic materials, paint and painting tools and all fees in your quote. I’m open to fair offers based on the scope of work and happy to meet you on site before accepting job if necessary. Moving in first week of June, so need job completed within next two weeks. Paint common foyer and stairway in apartment building

Fill, sand and paint skirting boards + small gaps between boards and wall/floor. Boards pre primed. Two coats top coat needed. The boards are attached to concrete wall via plugs and screws. Only in living room and bedrooms. Two tubes of no-more-gaps and ~1L of water based enamel paint provided. If this is not enough, happy to top it off. Needs to happen Thursday or Friday

Job Details: • Location: Top floor of a 3-level apartment building (no lift – painting gear will need to be carried up the stairs). • Scope of Work: • Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (to be painted), 1 bathroom (not to be painted). • Downstairs: Living area, kitchen, and spare toilet (to be painted). • Ceilings do NOT require painting. • The paint is the exact same as the existing, so only 1 coat minimum is required, or touch-ups where necessary. • Some small holes from old picture frames and nails need to be patched before painting. • Additional Notes: • The stairwell to the bedrooms is carpeted, so extra care must be taken to protect the carpet and floors. • The apartment will be empty, but all floors (especially carpet) must be covered adequately. • We will supply the paint, but you will need to bring your own tools and materials for preparation and application.
