But runs prefectly fine after driving for around 10 mins or when it gets warmed up. The offered $$ is for only inspecting the car and diagnose the issue. Vehicle (VW Passat wagon) recently serviced and in good condition. One wheel suddenly started making a loud scraping noise when vehicle is moving, not specific to turning or braking. Visual inspection shows nothing, but I suspect a rock of something is stuck in the brake mechanism. Would like someone who knows cars and can remove the wheel, possibly requiring getting under the car to find the issue before I try driving it.
