Mobile mechanic, or a workshop near Oakleigh, needed for a 2014 Mercedes GL63 AMG (5.5 V8, M157). All parts have been bought, and some of the work has already been done. I don’t have the time or all the tools to finish the rest, and I’d like the car completed within the next week or two. Looking for: a reasonable hourly rate (not the cheapest price) a reasonable estimate of hours (can be adjusted after discussion) experience with Mercedes / AMG Work required (all parts supplied): Front brakes: Brembo discs, DBA pads Rear brakes: Bosch discs, Protex Ultra pads Brake fluid change Front lower control arm rear bushes, left and right: Febest bushes ×2 Front right diff/axle seal: Corteco seal Spark plugs: Bosch double iridium ×8 Engine mounts ×2: Bapmic (OE-supplier brand) Transmission service (7-speed): genuine filter and gasket supplied Vacuum pump: replace with new pump (supplied) Fluids: Supplied: transmission fluid (Penrite ATF BMV, MB 236.15) and DOT 4 brake fluid Not supplied: diff oil to top up the front diff after the seal is replaced Jobs that may be harder to do onsite: Control arm bushes: a bush press or bush kit. Engine mounts: the engine has to be supported while the mounts are swapped. Transmission service: the fluid level is set with the car level and the fluid at temperature, so it may be easier on a hoist. A Mercedes scanner is available to read the fluid temperature. If any of these would be a problem onsite, please note it in your offer, along with how you’d suggest handling it. Please include your hourly rate and estimated hours. The work can be split over more than one visit.

I need a service and issue looked at on my 2014 Kawasaki ninja 650

I accidentally reversed my Lexus IS 300h into a pole, causing damage to the rear bumper. As shown in the attached photo, the damage includes scratches and scuff marks, chipped paint, and a section of the lower bumper trim that appears to have come loose. I'm looking for an experienced panel beater or automotive repairer to provide an initial quote based on the attached photos, without an on-site inspection at this stage. Hi, I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry and would like to have a qualified/experienced mechanic give the car a thorough inspection. The main purpose is to check the overall mechanical condition of the vehicle and identify any existing issues or anything that may require attention or maintenance in the near future. There is also a small ticking/clicking noise coming from around the front right wheel area. I mainly notice it when going over a speed bump or driving onto an uneven road. It isn’t very loud or causing any obvious driving issues, but I would like to understand what is causing it. If it turns out to be something minor that can be fixed on the spot, such as tightening or adjusting something, I’m happy to pay extra for the repair. Ideally looking for someone experienced with Toyota/Camry vehicles who can inspect the engine, suspension, brakes, steering, tyres, fluids and general mechanical condition and let me know if there is anything I should be concerned about.
