Vehicle (VW Passat wagon) recently serviced and in good condition. One wheel suddenly started making a loud scraping noise when vehicle is moving, not specific to turning or braking. Visual inspection shows nothing, but I suspect a rock of something is stuck in the brake mechanism. Would like someone who knows cars and can remove the wheel, possibly requiring getting under the car to find the issue before I try driving it.

Need someone experienced to come out and fix my window. It won't go up, likely needs a new regulator but if I can get it up and confirm atleast for now so it's not open and a safety risk.
