What does a mechanic service usually include?

In some states, it’s required when selling a car or may be required each year to confirm your vehicle is safe for registration purposes. A mechanic will check off a list of predetermined items to verify that your car meets a minimum safety standard set out by your state government. I have a Toyota Noah 2014 imported from Japan. It currently has a Japanese model NSZT-Y62G head unit. I would like to replace it with a Pioneer DMH-Z5350BT which I have already bought. My current head unit supports a single reverse camera, and connects to a TV monitor in the cabin for video playback. It's essential these are connected with new head unit. See attached photos of the existing wiring. I bought a wiring kit for my car model online, but I am unsure if it works. I have attached a photo of it.
