7/2008 Toyota Corolla ZRE152R 1.8L, 223,000 km. Air conditioning works intermittently. Sometimes when the car is started the A/C is only mildly cool, but if I switch the A/C off and back on it will often become very cold and then continue working properly. I believe it has a clutchless Denso compressor. I suspect the compressor control solenoid/control valve may be sticking or intermittently failing, but I’m looking for someone to properly diagnose the fault before replacing parts.

My a/c in the car isn’t very cold it will probably need to have a regas and just a general diagnosis. Even when it is on max the air doesn’t feel that cold however the heater works really well. Car is a 2003 Honda accord euro.
