What does a mechanic service usually include?

Minor service

Had my Toyota Kluger recently fully serviced and also had my air con compressor replaced but now my car is blowing out a ton of white thick smoke from the exaust when starting and random times while driving. It also struggles a bit going up hill makes a ticking noise blows out white smoke then goes good again. Been roughly two weeks it’s been doing it for, and only just today engine light turned on aswel as skid mark lights. Checked oil but doesn’t seem like coolant has gotten in there?

A mechanic has put the oil drain plug on too tight (probably with an impact driver)and rounded the bolt head. I need it removed so I can change my oil. It's on a lifted jeep wrangler so there's a bit of clearance under the vehicle. I have an extraction socket but don't have a breaker bar with 3/8 fitting.

The mower is an LTH1842 Husqvarna in good condition. I have the new blades to install. Contractor to supply engine oil and grease, & tools like grease gun etc. I have mower up on a lever block at the moment, or contractor can decide how to do it.
