You will be making outbound calls for two companies, your role will be to clean a data base and categories clients according to the client's needs as well as advising existing customers of new products and services. Your previous experience in an outbound sales role will see you building customer relationships and your enthusiasm and professionalism will ensure you achieve targets and KPIs. Update their info and categories contacts as per their needs for future contact. This can be done by a call center or telemarketer Phase two: Telephones sales to develop ongoing relationships with the clients and referral partners to be ready for when we can be of assistance to them. Assist with general enquires, application forms etc. 80% of this role is on the phone you must be gun sales person with previous telephone sales exp. Role 24hrs per week but may increase. GREAT HOURS Tuesday 10am - 2pm Thursday 10am - 2pm Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. No Working Holiday Visas. Note opportunity to increase hours long term. An experienced and skilled in sales candidate is required to call companies around Sydney. Experience in cold calling is a must, You can do this from the comfort of your own home and would only take a few hours to complete! A list of 50 companies (pubs, bars, shops) will be provided. You must call and sell our carpet cleaning service to them. You will not be making bookings, you will refer bookings to our office. We will provide you with a basic script to work from which will include info about our company, services etc. You will not need to discuss any prices etc, just basically convert them from a cold lead to a an extremely warm one! Companies will be followed up by our office manager to ensure that sales calls have been made. You will also be required to complete a short summary of each call including the name of the person you spoke with, their job title, the outcome of the call, their response etc. A 5% bonus will be included for all bookings completed as well. The bigger the job, the bigger the bonus! Depending on the success, this may become a recurring weekly job opportunity. Impeccable English is a must! We require someone skilled, experienced and confident in cold-calling to call 50 businesses in NSW (details will be provided) to ask one or two questions, with the aim of issuing quotes for supply of material. If they do not require any work at the moment the secondary aim will be to gather their names and email for use in our email marketing. -A guide script will be provided, but this can be amended to suit your style/experience. -Potential for on going work for the right candidate -Experience in the equine industry highly regarded.
