Find a professional sales assistant in Central Coast

I am looking for a professional Community Liaison / Appointment Setter based around the Central Coast NSW. The task is to contact retirement villages and over-55s communities by phone and email, introduce our licensed gold and jewellery assessment service, and help arrange meetings or approval for us to visit their office or community room for 1 to 3 days. Main tasks: * Call retirement village managers and administration offices * Send a professional introduction email * Follow up politely * Arrange meetings where possible * Keep a daily report in Excel or Google Sheet * Record the village name, contact person, phone, email, response, follow-up date and outcome Important: This role does not involve gold testing, giving prices, buying jewellery, handling cash, taking payments or selling directly to residents. The role is only for professional introduction, appointment setting and permission coordination. Preferred person: * Strong English communication * Professional and respectful phone manner * Experience in admin, aged care, community work, real estate, customer service or sales support * Central Coast local preferred * ABN preferred * Able to make calls during business hours Trial: I would like to start with 8 to 10 hours as a trial. We have a customer with a piece of our equipment whom is a little difficult. We need someone to be onsite to be our eyes and hands for us to guide through a diagnosis and hopefully fix of a small issue. Should not take more than 30mins.
